The introductory package is the perfect way to get started on your Pilates journey towards optimal health and fitness. It includes 3 private sessions with Master Trainer, Jenna where we will assess your health and fitness history and create an individualized routine for you based on your goals. You will learn how to properly fire your core, breathe optimally and use the Pilates equipment if you are a beginner. You will also be given homework exercises you can practice at home. We will incorporate manual therapy where applicable for orthopedic conditions or to increase range of motion and muscle activation.
